Dr Suresh Gosavi completed his graduation from NM College, Jalgaon, before embarking on his career in academia. He initially served as a lecturer in the Physics department at SP College in Pune. Since 2006, he has been associated with SPPU, where he has made significant contributions as a Lecturer in the Physics department. Over the course of his 17-year tenure, Dr Gosavi has taught various subjects, including electronics, nanotechnology, the physics of semiconductor devices, and optoelectronics.
His research interests encompass a wide range of areas, with a particular focus on nanoparticles and nanocomposites in the field of electronics and physics. Dr Gosavi’s remarkable dedication to research is evident from his extensive publication record, comprising over 209 journals, both at national and international levels. Additionally, he has actively participated in numerous conferences, both within India and abroad, further establishing his expertise and network within the academic community.

Dr Gosavi’s research work is highly regarded, particularly in the areas of lithography and pattern transfer, plasma polymerization for dry electron beam resist synthesis and characterization, multi-electron beam lithography system design and development, nanomaterials and nanotechnology, microfluidics/nanofluidics, soft lithography, and photo-imageable thick film technology. His contributions have significantly advanced these fields and have the potential to revolutionize various aspects of electronic sciences.
